I had completely forgot about a brush until I was able to get this one.I love that this one isn't plastic. A lot of the baby brushes nowadays are plastic and the bristles, while they are soft, they have a harshness about them that don't seem that they would feel good on a baby's head. Plus, how can you beat a natural brush for a baby? The answer? You can't. This is made with natural goat hair and with the handle being wood, this is one of those products that you won't feel bad about using on your child or grandchild. The box is super cute and well made. I agree with the statement that you don't even have to wrap it. My daughter was so excited about this brush since she is trying to stay away from anything that might have chemicals. We have used other brushes in the past and yes they work but I have to be very careful to not pull through her hair too quickly or forcefully otherwise she would go bald due to the bristles of the brush not giving any leeway or just because the brush itself isn't a very good fit. I really don't have to worry about that with this brush by Royal Infant though. Though the brush fits my hand, the head is definitely made for a baby/toddler. The bristles? are stiff enough to keep their shape and at the same time are gentle and soft. I definitely don't have to worry about them being too rough for my baby's scalp. Truthfully, if any parents are looking for a great hair brush for their little ones then I recommend this one.
